Browse For Folder

A class to display the new style Browse For Folder Dialog with events. The Class includes an option to use the new style dialog (resizable, make new folder, etc), an option to display an edit box in the dialog, an Event that fires when a file/directory is selected (before it's ok'd), the ability to enable/disable the OK button (based on selection), the ability to change the dialog message after the dialog is displayed, ie: on selection of a new file/directory.
