Click on Add Photos and Click Browse button to select the photo you want to upload and enter the caption for the particular photo for e.g. - 'myself'. click on Upload Photo button to add photo to your profile.

How do I change my username/email address?

On sign up, all your details are associated with your username/email address. Hence you cannot change your username/email address.

How do I stop IM requests from other users?

If you wish to stop IM's request, just click on the Account link displayed at the top and click on Account Setting button. here you can choose "I do not wish to receive Instant Message alerts" option and than click on save button.

How do I send messages to other members?

You can only send messages to members who are on your friends list.

Click on the Messages option at the top, to send message to your friend. You will be taken to your Inbox, where you can click the Compose button. Clicking compose opens up a dialog which presents you with a list of your friends. Choose a friend, enter the subject and the message content. Click Send to send the message or Close to discard the message.

Why is my photo cropped?

As a rule we do not crop our member's photos unless the particular photo exceeds the large photo requirement.

Please note that every photo entered into the system is re-sized from the original version.

We create a medium size photo as well as a thumbnail version from the original photo. These are used in the search results and the profile view.

Why is my photo not visible on my profile or to my friends?

If your photo is being replaced with a standard no photo image it means your profile has been reported to be violating some rules of Tubely by another user.

Typically it will be resolved in less than 24 hours when a moderator checks what is the problem.

If your profile does not contain any objectionable material it will be appearing within the next 24 hours. You do not need to do anything at this point - Just wait for the moderators to check and remove the complaint on your photo.

What are the photo rules and regulations?

1. The maximum file size your photo can be is 2MB (2000Kb).
2. Please make sure that your picture is in one of the following digital formats:
    GIF, JPG, JPEG.
3. Make sure that your photo is taken showing your face from the front. Try to find a picture where your face is situated in the middle of the picture.
4. Try to choose a photo in which your face can be clearly seen, and the lighting is good.
5. Photos containing your email address, website URLs, or any other form of personal contact will be deleted.
6. Avoid small photos. Your photo must be at least 150 pixels wide x 150 pixels high.
7. For best results use a photo that is at least 400 pixels wide x 400 pixels high.
8. Try to select a photo that was taken recently and one that represents you.
9. We know that you love your body, but sorry, nude pictures are not allowed.
10. Obscene, sexual or otherwise offensive profiles will be deleted.
11. We do not accept cartoons, artwork, childhood photos, or photos where your face is not visible.
