Creates Self Extracting Compressed Files

This code creates self extracting compressed files! The very easy interface makes it extremely easy to use! I'd like to thank James Vincent Carnicelli for his compression file! :D. One of the files included in the zip is called SE.dat . this file is actually another EXE file (full source included). I hope you all enjoy the code, and i would appreciate any feedback or questions.
