Privacy Policy

This policy describes how Tubely (“we”, “us”) handles information when you use www.tubely.com and related services.
Information we collect
- Account info — When you sign in, we receive your name, email, and profile photo from your identity provider (Auth0 / Google / Facebook / X / Microsoft).
- Facebook Login — If you choose Facebook, we receive basic profile fields Facebook shares with us (typically name, email, and profile picture). We do not post to Facebook without your action in Facebook’s own share dialogs.
- Room presence — Display name, room membership, and whether you are publishing audio or video.
- Technical data — IP address (for country detection and abuse prevention), browser type, and connection logs.
- Chat — Messages you send in rooms you join.
- Referrals — If you arrive via an invite link, we may store the referrer name to credit rewards.
Camera and microphone
We do not access your camera or microphone until you explicitly turn on video or audio. Streams are routed through our media servers (WebRTC) to other participants in your room.
How we use data
- Operate chat rooms, video, sign-in, and invite rewards
- Prevent abuse and enforce room rules
- Improve reliability and security
Third parties
We use Auth0 for authentication, Meta/Facebook when you choose Facebook Login or share features, mediasoup/WebRTC for real-time media, and optional partners (e.g. offerwall providers) when you choose to use those features. Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Retention
Session and chat data are kept only as long as needed to run the service. You may sign out at any time.
Your choices & deletion
You can use Tubely as a guest without signing in. Signed-in users can sign out from the top bar. To request deletion of your data, see our User Data Deletion page or email privacy@tubely.com.
