Start Bar Fader 2

OK those who likeed my first start bar fader will LOVE version 2 (win 2000+). The start bar now fades in when your goes over it no matter where the bar is positioned! The min and max fades are adjustiable and i have implemented a tray icon. Sorry if it works a little slow, but i haven't tested it on slower systems (Which is why i have left version one on PSC). Please vote and leave comments. Sorry no longer open source
