User Data Deletion

Tubely respects your privacy. This page explains how to request deletion of data associated with your Tubely account, including when you signed in with Facebook.

Delete your data in Tubely

Sign in at www.tubely.com (if you use Facebook login, choose Continue with Facebook).
Click Sign out in the top bar to end your session on this device.
Email privacy@tubely.com from the same address linked to your account (or your Facebook email) with the subject Delete my Tubely data.
Include your Tubely display name and, if known, the email on your Facebook or Google account. We will confirm deletion within 30 days.

Facebook Login

If you connected via Facebook, you can also remove Tubely’s access in Facebook:

Facebook → Settings & privacy → Settings → Apps and websites
Find Tubely → Remove

Removing the app in Facebook stops future sharing of Facebook profile data with Tubely. To delete data we already stored, still email privacy@tubely.com.

What we delete

Account profile (name, email, avatar reference) stored by Tubely
Session and referral records tied to your user ID
Chat messages and room presence logs associated with your account, where technically feasible

What may remain briefly

Backups, security logs, and fraud-prevention records may be retained for a limited period as required by law or legitimate business needs, then purged.
