It can be used as both a Regular or Bottomless Message Box and Includes the ability to set Default Button and the Help Button. It is a function and will return integer values that can be compared to vb constants (ie: vbok, vbretry) so you can determine what the user clicked. This code consists of 2 Function (ReadFile and WriteFile). All you have to do is Point ReadFile to a filepath and it will return the text within that file.
