OK those who likeed my first start bar fader will LOVE version 2 (win 2000+). The start bar now fades in when your goes over it no matter where the bar is positioned! The min and max fades are adjustiable and i have implemented a tray icon. Sorry if it works a little slow, but i haven't tested it on slower systems (Which is why i have left version one on PSC). The following function will return a boolean indicating if an IP Address is described by a nework mask. I'm not sure if there is any VB/Win32 libraries that already deal with this subject and I'm sure this code is probably pretty useless to most people... but I thought I'd submit it for those who may care to find out about it.

This is a pretty interesting little program. Using the MS Webbrowser control, it searches a webpage for all its links and stores them in an collection. After it has finished a page, it goes to the next page and scans that one. This little example application looks for email addresses. But don't be afraid, it's much to slow for being used by spammers.

This program will grab the Weather from Weather.Com by using a free 3rd party component by Softshell Solutions - http://www.softshell.net/asp/cp/weather.asp

Clearly demostrates how to send email using smtp and also uses the UUEncode algorithum to encode files to be sent as attachments. One more thing: This program has GREAT GUI!!! If you press the "Send" button fast enough, it can also act as an EMAIL SPAMMER!!! ----------Must-See------------

This is an attempt to have text to speech feature on a notepad. Handles text files 64k. Can speak the entire file or selected text only or from the cursor to the end of the text file

I have updated the last submission on C++. I hope that this will encourage VB programmers to speread there knowledge, and learn new languages, as well as keep there current ones. This is the last time i will post a C++ tutorial on VB world, so if you think my tutorial helps either tell me in the feedback, or IM me through aim(BlazinIndustryz2) or MSNIM(habitat1422@hotmail.com). This program is probably the best program I have ever done. Although I had to borrow some codes to make it perfect. This is the last vesion. Look at the screenshot and you can see that I have rounded corners on the form and a SYSTRAY when the form is minimized. You can put background pictures in and you can preview them also. An engine using real physics equations that moves and bounces picture boxes under a realistic gravity environment. Includes collision detection to stack boxes and features add/remove boxes and to set invidual properties for each box. Also demonstrates use of arrays and types. Some commentation where nescessary. It is method that delay time as much as time that designate. There is no problem even if use over midnight. With Sleep function, use and lowered CPU's use rate.
