Logo sys animator

If you enter windows 9x then there is flag image with animated bar in the bottom. The animated image is called logo.sys. This program will show you how to make simple animation with bitmap 320 x 400 with 256 color (Logo.sys). It will produce file logo.sys but first you must make bmp file width 320 , height 400 with 256 color with other program. Then you can floodfill the animated color to the image with this program.
