Shell Context Menu Handler - Ownerdrawn

Well, one thing I just haven't found ANY examples of in VB is implementing IContextMenu3. This does that. I have tried to include as many comments \ references as possible. Please read the info in the documentation folder, especially if you don't know how to use this. Step by step info as well as credits are located there. Several tools are included: one for easily registering / deregistering the dll as a handler, one for unregistering the dll / type library, and one for enumerating all the active menu handlers on the system (for anyone that might be curious.)
