ACLC Registration System [Client Server] (Updated)

This is a Registration System, it has two application, the client and server. It uses ADO connection and Winsock. You can add, edit, delete, view a record. The server is password protected. I also included a chat. Other stuff are Minimize in System Tray, Compress Database, Install on Startup, also every action made by Client is log in the Server. The Help file is included.
