Twain Scanner

Use any Twain compliant scanner in VB .NET! No external 3rd party dll's or APIs. This is a conversion of NETMaster's original C# version. I performed a line-by-line conversion by hand, and now it works exactly as the original. This application provides raw access to the twain_32.dll, and all the core functions for proper calls.
