Encrypt any type of file using an encryption based off my last encryption program. This one is faster, more versitile, less rescource hungry, and smaller then my previous submission, Crash Encryption. This new version will encrypt any type of file without a hick-up. I've successfully encrypted and decrypted movies, waves, pictures, documents, and more. I built the entire thing into an easy to use and understand module. I've also commented as much as I thought I could. I'd like to thank Derek Haas for the I/O Module. It made making this program a lot faster and simpler. I finished this algorythm in a record breaking (at least for myself) 6 hours. The code looks clean. Please comment. **NEWLY UPDATED** 02-05-06 I've added the option to change to key cycles. Now the same key can be used up to 41 times per byte in order to keep the key file size down. Some minor changes have been made, including some error handling and size speculation. More is sure to come. Please let me know what you think.
Hi all, This is my next program about using DataGrid Control in viewing the data with DataEnvironment Control as Data Engine... but in this time I just add the buttons and some codes. nice and cool... :)
More faster than the previous submission and probably the fastest you will ever encounter having full control over the whole scanning process! 4 vb classes for scanning the registry, files/folders, running processes in the system, and now includes scanning for computers within a network! The best thing is, you can PAUSE!, RESUME!, how many times you want and ABORT the whole scanning process without any problems at all. All four classes are fully configurable with extended features and wide stability that I bet you really don't wanna miss. This would be a good start for making anti-spywares, anti-virus programs, network administration programs, system security, and more. Included in each of the 4 demos are 3 more classes for advance registry access, crc32 calculation, and getting file icon of files and folders. Simple Database Designer is an application witch you can use to create your one database models. You can create tables, fields and relations. You can export your database structure directly to a SQL script and you can export your database model to a Bitmap, JPG or GIF image file. You can move the tables with the drag and drop method. You can change the properties of the workspace (size, background color). You can delete tables, fields and relations. All relations witch are connected with a table you are going to remove will be automatic detected and removed. You can reorder the tables (foreground or background).
(29 Apr 2007 - Minor tweaks; removed MatrixDisplay control for later repost) An ownerdrawn digital display usercontrol that uses shaped regions to form hexagonal, trapezoidal or rectangular LED/LCD digit segments. Control can be used for calculator displays, displaying time, or as a simple counter. Just about every conceivable aspect of this control can be customized via a multitude of properties. Main and exponent digits are separately configurable. Properties for segment height and width, intersegment gap, and interdigit gap allow you to size, position and space digits exactly the way you want. Support for thousands and decimal separators. Thousands and decimal separators can be defined as a comma or period so that international standards can be maintained. Thousands grouping can also be adjusted according to international preference. Background can be gradient or bitmap. Background bitmap can be tiled or stretched. All colors are also fully user-definable. Negative numbers can be displayed in a different color than positive. Digit segments can have a 3D gradient added to them if desired. Corners can be individually rounded for a different look. A simulated digit burn-in display mode is also available if desired. A Filament option allows digits to be displayed as wireframed, rather than solid. Exponent display can be disabled if you wish to use this as a simple counter. Six basic themes are included that show various display styles. Since there's ~40 properties that make up one theme, it is a very good idea to make a theme out of a combination of properties that works well in a particular application. ACD, short for Amazon Cover Downloader, is a free application licensed under the terms of the BSD license for downloading CD and DVD covers from the Amazon product catalog. The program supports two operation modes: a silent mode which does not display windows and relies solely on command line arguments, and an interactive mode that allows you to enter the query-related information inside a form, displays all results as thumbnails and lets you select which image to download. This code is based off of my other code - Calculadora Plus (http://planet-source-code.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?txtCodeId=62676&lngWId=1). It can graph a function of x, and the buttons are in the same exact style as Calculadora Plus, except some of them had to be removed because of the purpose of this code. Mainly for fun but could be useful as a demonstration how to read/modify RGB pixel values... or for the foundation of a more robust 3D Imaging application. Intermediate-level is a stretch but it does use a few APIs.
