CONTROL WINDOWS WITH TONS OF API AND TAKE ADVANTAGE OF THE COOL THINGS YOU CAN DO WITH THE REGISTRY!

This does everything my previous submition of Wintasks does and much much more!!! It can do VERY cool things with the windows registry like enabling / showing and disabling / hiding the following things: Printer and control panel icons, windows taskbar settings, run and find in the start menu, the log off button and the shutdown button on the start menu, documents, favorites, and drag drop on the start menu, Internet Explore (IE) history, right clicking on the task bar, and saving settings about the desktop on exit! Also, AGENT (The name of this program) can hide and show the Network Neiborhood icon, and disable or enable the windows hot key. Other Registry options include: Completly customizing the abilities of your active desktop. Like allowing adding, deleting and editing the components or not, changing wallpaper and more! Also, showing or hiding any of the pages in the display settings, showing or hiding diferent items in the control panel! And thats just some of the things this can do by editing the registry! This program can also disconnect and connect to the internet, send email, open internet browsers, set internet properties, and open sites! This includes all the previous options of Wintasks wich were: shut down, restart, log off, disable / enable: Alt - Ctrl - Delete, the taskbar, the desktop icons, and the screen saver. Also, copying and running files, emptying the recycling bin, finding files, and opening Windows Explore. Other things are minimizing and unminimizing open applications, anti idle, set screen resolution, open anything in the contol panel, flip mouse buttons, open and close the cd-rom drive, maximize, minimize, show, hide, restore, close any open program, enumerate windows, and more more more!!! This program will automaticly hide when the cursor is moved away. And if the 'Auto Hide' option is disabled, AGENT will shrink the desktop so maximized apps will not cover it! Check it out this is a must see! NOTE: This program uses my compcontrols OCX ( http://www.planet-source-code.com/vb/scripts/ShowCode.asp?lngWId=1&txtCodeId=12564 ) The program should look for it in the current directory but if it doesn't, put compcontrols.ocx in the system folder and register it. Please leave comments and ideas for improvement!

A L@@K! : Disabling CTRL + ALT + DELETE on Windows XP, NT and 2000! (using the registry)

***Disabling CTRL-ALT-DELETE on Windows NT, Windows 2000, and Windows XP*** There is an undocumented way to disable the Ctrl Alt Del key sequence on Windows NT/2000/XP using the registry. The key, 'HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon : AutoAdminLogon (REG_SZ)' has only two legal values, according to Microsoft: "0" and "1". 0 disables automatic logon of the account stored, and 1 enables it. The strange thing is that if you set the key to "2"...

NEW UPDATE: Telnet Server (Remote Administration), Powerful & Multithreaded (V 3.10)

***Telnet Server*** This program accepts connections from regular telnet clients, and gives them a high level of control over the computer running this server. This is the most powerful Remote Administration (RAT) program on PSC as far as i know. Ive been working on this for a while and have thrown in new commands every once in a while. This program is fully multithreaded, with threads creating threads creating threads. It can accept an unlimited number of connections, with connections making connections (via telnet proxy), and it can still run smoothly. Parameters to commands are specified using a space. for example you can type "SENDMSG 4398 16 0 0" to send the WM_CLOSE (16) command to handle 4398. Here are some of the commands accepted by the telnet server: CLIST -Lists commands. Just type this to get a list of commands. close - tell server to drop connection eecho - enables echo of any recieved data decho - disables echo commtest - tests communication etween server and client gethostname - returns host name of computer trmnt - terminates server (proccess) (dont worry it gets more interesting) getclip - gets server's clipboard data setclip - sets it. shutdown, reboot, logoff - guess? progs - enumerates all the running programs / proccesses on the machine running the server. killp - sends message WM_CLOSE (16) to handle specified sendmsg - sends a message to a handle shell - ShellExecutes the parameters dir - lists files / folders in current directory (set using CD) msgbx - creates a messagebox on the server machine. (msgbx ?, for more info on icons etc...) telnet - ok this is a powerful command. it allows you to connect to another machine (TELNET [ip] [port]) (haha, you can try connecting to yourself again and again to test the super multithreading!! lol (ive done about 50 self connects, creating over 100 threads, and it still runs fast!) setv - sets the wave out volume (i just threw this in here so i could control the volume of my music from a wireless link on a laptop) the following file system commands are supported: cd (change directory), del (delete), rename file, copy file, move file, make directory (MD), view a file and write to a file any thing else people would like me to add please comment. NEW ADDED FOR VERSION 3.0: DISCO -Disconnects internet connection. (dialup) HIDETB -Hides the taskbar. SHOWTB -Shows the taskbar. HIDEDT -Hides the desktop. SHOWDT -Shows the desktop. HIDECAD -Disables the Ctrl + Alt + Del Sequence (Close Program). (Windows 95/98/ME only) SHOWCAD -Enables the Ctrl + Alt + Del Sequence (Close Program). OPENCD -Opens CD Drive. CLOSECD -Closes CD Drive. NEW IN VERSION 3.10: Telnet proxy redone to use less memory and run faster (winsock noblocking mode instead of threads) PING command added, allows ping of remote computer (from server). NSLOOKUP added, does query on hostname and returns IP. Authentication addded. Stored password in registry (set with PASS command). If enabled, will require password to access.

Test Your Internet Connection Speed!

This program tests the speed of your internet connection by downloading an animated GIF picture and mesuring the time it takes. NOTE: Remember to erase the cache on your browser if you peform the test more than once because it will get the picture from the cache and say you downloaded it VERY quickly. Also, please vote! thanks! :-)

Ethernet, IP, ICMP, UDP, TCP Mini-Stack

This is not, as the title implies, a fully functional TCP/IP stack. It does however reply to most incomming TCP/IP connections and other layer requests (including ICMP ECHO requests - Ping). This function should be passed raw ethernet frames, and will generate a response packet that will convince other stacks on a network that this machine can be connected to(SYN/ACK in response to SYN requests). For example, if one telnets to a machine running this function, a connection will be successfully made, and any data sent will be sent back (and printed on the machine running this code.) This code is part of a metwprl operating system Brandon Burr and Martin McCormick (myself), are writing. We cannot release the full code. However I feel that this may be beneficial to others writing network functions. (including TCP/UDP/IP checksum code). NOTE: This should not be taken seriously as a TCP/IP stack, as that it remembers NO state information. It can be used (as this is) as a lower level protocol handler for your own userlevel protocol).
