This was another code request. Some of my friends and I were going over things we thought we could add to the site. Right now I am waiting to submit some of my big projects until next month.. So I have just been answering alot of requests on how to do certin things here and there, so that my postings dont stop since I am working on these other projects. This example shows you how to make your windows icon animate kinda like the ICQ icon does.
