The whole idea of this little prg is... Back when i was in school, the teachers went really NUTS @ us for doing stuff' on the computers... This is a sample program on how to Scan / Twain Acquire an image from a scanner into your VB Program. I wanted to know every call to the TWAIN32 dll file(s). I have looked and found some great custom Twain Code that has heeeeps of features, but it is bundled in C++. This program that I Have written can scan / Acquire an Image from a Scanner. I have also included every single call to the dll file just incase you want to ‘Extend’ this program. There are other examples on PSC, they were a great help to me, but they didn’t have Every call to the C++ dll.

This project will place an icon in the system tray. When right clicked on the icon in the tray, a popup menu will show. Now when Clicked on the Desktop the menu will hide. With Other submissions on PS Code, when clicking on the desktop, or another active window that isn't part of the application, the popup menu will still show. Firstly I would like to say Don’t look over this because its ranked as ‘Beginner’ Code, it could be classed as ‘Intermediate’ code but I stuck it under beginner as I want people to learn how to make a basic screensaver. This program is a Screensaver that emulates the ‘Blue Screen Of Death’ that users unwillingly get on windows Extra Problems (XP) I made this once as a prank, but decided to turn it into a screensaver, making it just like the real thing, just your able to close it. This code works exactly as a normal screensaver, and shows how to add preview, settings Mouse Hiding etc… Enjoy and please leave your comments. This Project is a Simple Autorun that I had to create for a Music Production Assignment. I decided to upload it and Stick it on PSC so beginners can understand how to use Functions like ShellExecute. The main idea of using ShellExecute Rather than using ordinary Shell is so files can be opened off a CD Rom. Try it out, it is only very basic, but I did include a more sophisticated way of using the ‘Autorun.inf’ file so people understand the basics of Using Shell on an Autorun EXE and INF File. Learn the Basics of how to render using DirectX and D3D, with 3 simple tutorials. Here it is, I have managed to get together some of the DirectX stuff I had lying around and turn it into a tutorial set. In this set you will learn how to: 1. render a form with DirectX, 2. Render a motion object using DirectX, 3. render a MD2 Model and add motion. This project also includes the C++ side to the MD2 Rendering. Please leave your comments etc... You might also want to check out the Readme.htm file as it contains information that I want you to be aware about… Which is helping with an Industry standard Game. Some of the code in this project like the MD2 Modeling was not programmed by me. Please take the time to read the comments at the top of each form / module for info about authors etc…
