(insert / update / delete and reporting functionality). although it is coded in vb, it can be compiled into a dll to be used as an object referenced by asp. otherwise it can be run as a stand-alone vb app. i have included a screen shot and added commenting to my code to make it more understandable. if you do not have a lot of experience in vb and asp this will be difficult for you to modify although it can be implemented by anyone.
