Format News, give HTML Format to the text submitted by a text Area, this is useful for News Editors

Do you have any news web page? And the people who write the news, do they know HTML tags? Well you can use this function to give the same format to the text in an HTML page as in a Text Area Field, then users can write formatted text without putting any HTML tag! Is it right for you?
