ip to ip voice ocx

I added the example of how to use it!!!!! What I have done is take the Wavestream.Dll source code and make it in to a easy to use ocx i didnt add any options or extras just made it into a ocx. It works 100% of the time for me and witha little work you can add just as many options as some of the more $$$$ voice controls...
