Tired of those boring yellow tooltips?

This code replaces the boring yellow tooltip with a nice little customizable one. You can customize the font, font size, transparency (or opacity), border width, style and color, background color, and text color. The tooltip drags along with the mouse and disappears when you move the mouse off the object. All you have to do to use the tooltip is put tooltip="mytext" in any tag. See example.html if you don't understand. NOTE: THIS HAS NOT BEEN TESTED IN NETSCAPE
