Formless Timer: API emulation of VB's Timer control.

This project contains an ActiveX DLL that will emulate the functionality of VB's Timer control. This sorta thing could come in handy if you ever need to have a timer in a class module (if you are are building an ActiveX DLL). Make sure you read the README.TXT for extended information.
