Shout Capture connects with winsock to ShoutCast streaming audio servers, and saves it to an MP3 file. Winamp is the default ShoutCast client, but it does not allow you to save streaming audio. Program can connect, request, parse, and save the data to a file. Uses Winsock. I took Chris Hartmann's VC++6.0 Code and rewrote if for Visual Basic. Please go ahead and vote though.
