This program will find what order the short date parameter is in in the Regional Settings in the Control Panel, and reformat the date so that it will always be MM/DD/YYYY. An application can have unexpected results if you just assume, or are not aware, that the short date is not MM/DD/YYYY. So to be sure you are using the right date for calculations, download this.
