Client side Stock Ticker

Simple Stock Ticker that pulls Quotes from yahoo. One of the advantages of this Ticker is we are not violating the yahoo redistrubution agreement, stocks are pulled direcly from the client. One of the important things to keep in mind is this ticker is written for an application that we have total control of the browser security settings.
