This is a program that will securely erase a file. This program was coded so that it can be copied into a module without needing to make modification. this method of mine works by randomly generating a random character then overwriting every character in the file with it, Then on the next pass over use a new character. This program will let the user pick how many passes to make on the file as well. The code is commented but please let me know if you have further questions. Updated, faster renderings. Based on of my c32bppDIB suite, supports pngs, xp/vista icons, and other common graphics. One control that supports multiple imagelists (same/different sizes). THIS IS NOT TRULY DESIGNED to be added uncompiled to a project, rather it is designed to be a stand-alone OCX. The property page is optional if you just need a runtime-only imagelist. 15Nov07:: Added optional image compression if GDI+/zLib not on O/S, added optional image key/tag compression, added multi-select browse, multi-file drag&drop, multi-file Copy&Paste abilities, added image re-ordering via dragging, added importing from VB imagelists, and fixed some minor bugs. 23Nov07: Masks were not kept with multi-selected files, added several more properties/methods, more examples. 3Dec07: Overhauled class structure, fixed minor errors with property page, added more to the RTF file. This will allow you to sort a specific set if list items in a list box or combo box in either ascending or descending order. For example, in Windows Movie Maker, you will see a combo box containing a list of files in the current project plus other items at the top such as collections, effects, etc. These items are not sorted but are at a fixed position and the list of files is sorted.

I found a program Tint, I wanted to see if I could create the same effect. It breaks a picture into hue groups that you can select, this program also goes one better than the original because you can effect only shadow, midtone, highlight or all (luminance). It can create some good effects, let me know what you think. It uses getpixel, setpixel, there are better / faster ways but it works well enough, make sure you compile and it runs acceptably.

hi, I was working on a small project, were I needed to add properties to an control. so I decided to make this little quick code, does not use the DataGrid, as I did not want to use, over loaded controls, all this uses is TextBox and a ComboBox array. anyway code is faily simple, and it sort of does the job for small things, anyway hope you find it usfull.
