Formatter

Format groups of comments into neat looking comment boxes. I cheat! One comment that I frequently get regarding my programs is "How nicely they are Commented and Formatted". Well, I cheat! And now I'm going to show you how so you can have nice looking programs that are easy to read. Are you constantly re-writing comments in your VB code? I know I am! PSC is a fantastic VB resource but many of the comments that I see in source code are hard to read due to the way that they are formated. That's one reason why I wrote Formatter. Formatter uses your text to build Professional looking Comment Boxes to paste into your Visual Basic programs. You may also input a Text file, if you want. Formatter can be used to reformat any text that you want. It makes the source code much easier to read and debug. It will also aid you in making all of your programs look consistent. It is heavily commented and should be easy to modify to suit your own personal tastes. Whoops! I uploaded with a bad reference. The corrected VBP has now been uploaded. Sorry for any problems.

Puzzle

New ScreenShot (Sep 13, 2007) It's a Puzzle. Try to put the pieces in their correct positions. Puzzle is a very easy game to play. Start Puzzle, then migrate to a Folder that contains Image files. You may select any picture you like. You may use the same picture over or select a new one each time. If you like, I will select one of the Graphic files at random. I will give you a few seconds to study the picture before I scramble it. Then all you have to do is to click on any two puzzle pieces, and press the 'Enter' key. When you press 'Enter', the last two puzzle pieces that you clicked will trade places. Keep swapping pieces until the Puzzle is solved. The first puzzle has only four large pieces and should be quite easy, but they get progressively more difficult. Like any Puzzle, some are easier and some are more difficult than others. Right click once anywhere on the Puzzle to open the Popup Menu. (Sep 10, 2007) - Added the "adesktop.tlb" that was missing from the first submission.

Swap

Swap is a game. Try to arrange the pieces so that no matching Pictures or Colors touch each other. It's simple to play but takes some logic to solve. Version 2.1 is here with lots of improvements and more options. The Icons are still available, but there are many other choices too. (I like the Wingding characters) The Menu is available full time and the Swap button at the top of the screen is gone. The Help file has been greatly improved, including several pictures. The user now has the ability to change any/all colors on the fly. Please read the Help file to see all the new options.

Last VBP

I originally wrote this to scan my directories and sub-directories, then list the most recently saved VB Projects. I know that when I open VB, I can choose 'Recent' and pick from that list. However, when I download and try many programs from PSC, plus a few more of my own, that list quickly becomes quite cumbersome and it really doesn't tell me which ones I have edited. It also can list programs that have already been moved or deleted. So I wrote this. Version 2.0.0 (May 30, 2007) I changed the colors for a more standard Windows look. I added this Help file and a whole NEW Menu system. I replaced the TextBox with a RichTextBox. The output list is saved to a text file which you may delete from the Popup Menu. Note: The Fonts and colors may vary from the screenshot.
